Despite prohibitions millions of children and adolescents around the world are earning money on a daily basis. They are engaged in agriculture, in households, factories, workshops or markets and on streets. Some work in highly exploitative conditions and under conditions that endanger their health and even their lives. Most work informally, without employment and social benefits. Many families could not survive without the work of children. In many countries around the world working children and young people get organised and pose common demands. ProNATs understands itself as an association to support children and young people and their organisations.
